Burnout Karting Championship 2025
Organized by Third Eye Creative in association with Banna Sprays
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
By purchasing a Race Pass and participating in the Burnout Karting Championship 2025 (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Participants must be physically fit and free from any medical conditions that may hinder racing.
- You confirm that you are voluntarily participating in the event at your own risk.
2. Registration & Payment
- The entry fee of ₹2000 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Registration is confirmed only after full payment and receipt of a confirmation email or message.
- Slots are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Safety & Conduct
- All participants must wear safety gear provided or approved by the organizers.
- Dangerous driving, aggressive behavior, or violation of track rules may result in immediate disqualification.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, non-compliance, or behavior deemed unsafe.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
- Karting is a high-speed, physical activity with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that the organizers, partners, and venue owners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur during the event.
- You agree to release and hold harmless Third Eye Creative, Banna Sprays, and affiliated personnel from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation.
5. Event Format & Prizes
- The event format, number of laps, and grouping system may be adjusted at the discretion of the organizer.
- Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place are non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- In case of technical issues, weather disruptions, or force majeure, the event may be rescheduled or altered without prior notice.
6. Media & Promotion
- By entering the event, you grant the organizer the right to use your name, image, video footage, and race data for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
- If you are unable to attend, your spot cannot be transferred to another participant without prior approval.
8. Privacy & Data Use
- Your personal data will be collected for the purpose of event coordination and communication only. We will not sell or misuse your information.

9. Agreement
By purchasing the Race Pass and/or participating in the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
